Dr. Kimberly Suter
Dr. Suter was born and raised in Sterling and always knew that she wanted to make Sterling home for her family one day. After graduating from Sterling High School in 1984, she did her undergraduate studies at NJC and UNC in Greeley, followed by dental school at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in Denver. While in dental school, Kimm married her high school sweetheart, Darren, and after receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1991, the two moved back to their hometown to start a family. Darren was, and still is a currier for FedEx and Kimm was an associate of a local dentist for three years. Their first son, Jordan was born in 1993, she started her own practice in 1994 and their second son Jacob was born in 1995.
Dr Suter’s first love has always been orthodontics. Although she attends continuing education in all fields of dentistry, most of her additional training has been in orthodontics. She began her training in 1995 with the American Orthodontic Society, as well as other orthodontic components, and received a Diplomate Certificate, the highest level obtainable by a general dentist, with the AOS in 2009. Dr. Suter now sit on the board for the American Orthodontic Society.
When Dr. Suter isn’t working at the office, she spends much of her time doing home improvements with her husband. Both boys are grown an live in St. Louis and Denver, so many weekends are spent traveling to visit them. Summer months bring the most enjoyment where they spend much of their time at their lake house in Nebraska, kayaking, wakeboarding, water skiing and enjoying friends and family.
“My love for teeth began as a young girl, when I proclaimed in the third grade that I was going to be a dentist when I grew up. That love has turned into a passion. I truly believe in our motto – You’re never fully dressed until you are wearing a smile.”
Dr. Rayna Vollmer
Originally from Kersey, Colorado, Dr. Vollmer became familiar with Sterling when she attended Northeastern Junior College to study animal science and biology. She went on to complete her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Denver. Her dental training was completed in 2024 when she graduated at the top of her class at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora.
Raised in a family with deep farming and ranching roots, Dr. Vollmer enjoyed showing livestock through 4-H and FFA growing up she continues to enjoy spending much of her free time involved with the agriculture industry. She and her husband, Nick, met while serving as Colorado FFA State Officers and currently live on their family farm in Merino, Colorado. She is so excited to be coming back to Sterling to begin her career with Dr. Suter and her team!
Kelsey Stumpf
Kelsey is a native of the Sterling area. She attended Concord Career College for dental assisting right out of high school. Kelsey has been working with Dr. Suter since 2008 as a chair side dental assistant, she later received training as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant from CU School of Dentistry in Denver. Kelsey enjoys playing volleyball, golfing, and spending time with her family.

Jenifer Griffith
Jenifer was born and raised in the Crook area, graduated from NJC and furthered her dental education at CU School of Dentistry in Denver. She married Kevin in 2012 and they enjoy traveling, camping and spending time with their nieces & nephews. Jen has been with Dr. Suter since 1994.

Jessica Guerin
Jessica was born and raised in Sterling and graduated from Sterling High School. Her and her husband Brandon have a son named Trey. They enjoy camping, riding motorcycles, and spending family time together. Their son keeps them busy with all of his activities which they are enjoying as he is becoming more involved. Jessica has been with Dr. Suter’s office since 2014 and feels blessed to be with such a fantastic office.

Kerissa Quint
Kerissa was born and raised in Sterling and attended NJC after high school, graduating with a degree in associate of applied science. After coming to work for Dr. Suter she received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification from CU School of Dentistry in Denver. She has been with Dr. Suter since 2000. Kerissa and her husband Cody have two children Dustin and Lexi. They enjoy spending time with their family.

Dani Powell
Dani was raised in Meeker Colorado. After graduating from high school, Dani Attended Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely, where she graduated with her Associates in Dental Hygiene. She has been with Dr. Suter since 1996. In 1994 she married Brett and they have a son Zane. They enjoy camping, hunting and spending time at the lake with family and friends. Dani loves her career and girls she works with very much since her family is so far away.

Shawn Warren
Shawn was raised in St. Francis, KS. He attended Colby Community College in Kansas, graduating from the dental hygiene program in 2014. He enjoys working with people and aiding them in achieving success with their oral health. Shawn enjoys living in the small town of Sterling, the patients he gets to see, and the great team he gets the pleasure of working with. Shawn has been with Dr. Suter since 2015.

Terri Rhodes
Terri was blessed with a large local family. Born and raised in the Iliff area. Graduated from Caliche High School. She has been a dental assistant for 13 years and has been with Dr. Suter’s team since 2018. Terri and her husband Dave have four children and enjoy spending time with them and their six grandchildren. Terri is a people person and enjoys helping others.

Dallas Feather
Dallas was born and raised in Sterling, Colorado. She graduated from Sterling High School in 1996. After graduation she attended NJC in Sterling and LCCC in Cheyenne, WY. Where she received her dental hygiene degree in 2003. Since then she has practiced locally and joined Dr. Stuer’s team in 2021. Dallas married Derek Feather in 2003 and has four amazing children. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. The mountains are her happy place and she loves to hike.
