Dr. Kimberly Suter

Dr. Kimberly A. Suter has been passionate about dentistry since third grade, when she first dreamed of becoming a dentist. A proud graduate of the CU School of Dentistry. Dr. Suter completed her undergraduate studies at Northeastern Junior College and the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1991. With a deepening interest in orthodontics, she later received her diplomate status in 2009 with the American Orthodontic Society, as well as sitting on the board, acting as president and being an examiner for their board exam. She currently is a board member and upcoming president with the state malpractice insurance carrier.

With decades of experience in family dentistry and a special interest in orthodontics, Dr. Suter is known for her gentle, personalized care and dedication to her patients’ oral health. She graduated from Sterling High School in 1984 and has since built a fulfilling career rooted in the values of community, family, and lifelong learning in her hometown.

Outside the office, Dr. Suter enjoys home improvement projects with her husband of 36 years, spending time at their lake house, and making memories with their two sons and two grandchildren. Whether she’s paddle boarding, water skiing, or hosting friends and family, she brings the same warmth and enthusiasm that define her approach to dentistry.

“My love for teeth began as a young girl, when I proclaimed in the third grade that I was going to be a dentist when I grew up. That love has turned into a passion. I truly believe in our motto – You’re never fully dressed until you are wearing a smile.”


Dr. Rayna Vollmer

Originally from Kersey, Colorado, Dr. Vollmer first became familiar with Sterling when she attended Northeastern Junior College to study animal science and biology. She went on to complete her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Denver. Her dental training was completed in 2024 when she graduated at the top of her class at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora. She joined Dr. Suter’s practice shortly after graduation and is thankful to be a part of a team dedicated to providing quality care to all of their patients!

Raised in a family with deep farming and ranching roots, Dr. Vollmer enjoyed showing livestock through 4-H and FFA growing up and she continues to enjoy spending much of her free time involved with the agriculture industry. She and her husband, Nick, met while serving as Colorado FFA State Officers and currently live on their family farm in Merino, Colorado.

Dr. Vollmer is committed to providing exceptional care while building strong, lasting relationships with her patients and the community she calls home!


Kelsey Stumpf

Kelsey is proud to have been born and raised in the Sterling area. After high school, she attended Concord Career College for dental assisting, launching her career in the field. Kelsey joined Dr. Suter’s practice in 2008 as a chairside dental assistant and later enhanced her skills by earning her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in Denver.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time with her children and supporting them in their many activities as they grow. Her dedication to her family mirrors her commitment to her patients, making her a vital part of the practice. Kelsey’s warm personality and professional expertise shine through in every aspect of her work, ensuring patients feel cared for and comfortable.

Jenifer Griffith

Jenifer was born and raised in Crook, Colorado, where her love for close-knit communities took root. She began her educational journey at Northeastern Junior College (NJC) and later pursued advanced dental training at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in Denver.

Jenifer has been a cornerstone of Dr. Suter’s practice since 1994, bringing her expertise, warmth, and dedication to every patient interaction. Married to Kevin Griffith since 2012, Jenifer cherishes spending her free time camping in Colorado’s beautiful outdoors and making memories with her beloved nieces and nephews.

Her commitment to providing exceptional dental care, combined with her genuine care for patients, has made her an integral part of the team and a trusted face in the community.

Jessica Guerin

Jessica is a Sterling, Colorado native who graduated from Sterling High School. She and her husband, Brandon, are proud parents to their son, Trey. As a family, they love spending time outdoors camping, riding motorcycles, and making lasting memories together. Trey keeps them on their toes with his many activities, and they cherish supporting him as he grows and becomes more involved.

Jessica has been a valued member of Dr. Suter’s office since 2014. She feels truly blessed to work with such a fantastic team and is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to every patient. Her friendly and compassionate approach has made her an integral part of the practice.

Kerissa Quint

Kerissa is a lifelong resident of Sterling, Colorado. After graduating high school, she attended Northeastern Junior College (NJC), where she earned her Associate of Applied Science degree. Her journey in dentistry began in 2000 when she joined Dr. Suter’s practice. Shortly after, she grew her expertise by earning her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Denver.

Kerissa and her husband, Cody, have two wonderful children, Dustin and Lexi. Family time is a priority for them, and they enjoy creating memories together with extended family.

With over two decades of experience in dentistry, Kerissa brings valuable knowledge, skill, and compassion to her role. She takes pride in contributing to a practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and building lasting relationships with patients.

Dani Powell

Dani grew up in the small mountain town of Meeker, Colorado. After high school, she pursued a career in dental care at Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely, where she earned her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She began her career with Dr. Suter’s practice in 1996 and has been a valued member of the team ever since.

Dani married her husband, Brett, in 1994, and together they share a love for the great outdoors. Whether it’s camping, hunting, spending time on the lake, or riding buggies in the mountains, Dani enjoys creating adventures and memories with family and friends.
With her own family far away, Dani considers her colleagues and patients an extension of her family. She loves her career and the amazing team she works with, bringing years of experience, care, and dedication to every patient she meets.

Shawn Warren

Shawn was raised in St. Francis, Kansas, and discovered his passion for dental care early in life while working as a dental assistant. He attended Colby Community College in Kansas, where he graduated in 2014 as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Since joining Dr. Suter’s practice in 2015, Shawn has dedicated himself to helping patients achieve their best oral health. He takes pride in working with people and guiding them toward lasting success with their dental care.

Now a resident of Sterling, Shawn loves the charm of small-town life, the wonderful patients he meets, and the great team he has the privilege to work with. In 2021, he married the love of his life, Brandé, and together they share their home with two beloved dogs, Charlie and Winslow, and their cat, Toby.

Shawn’s friendly demeanor, professional expertise, and genuine care for his patients make him an essential part of the practice and a favorite among the community.

Terri Rhodes

Terri is a dedicated Dental Assistant with an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification. A graduate of Caliche High School, Terri brings both skill and compassion to her work, with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork in the dental field. Originally from a large and close-knit family, Terri has carried those values into her own life. She’s been happily married for 41 years and is a proud mother of four and grandmother of nine wonderful grandchildren.

Outside the dental office, Terri enjoys crafting, staying active and spending quality time with family and friends. Her warmth, reliability and strong work ethic shine through in everything she does.

Dallas Feather

Dallas is a proud native of Sterling, Colorado. She attended Northeastern Junior College (NJC) in Sterling and then pursued her passion for dental care at Laramie County Community College (LCCC) in Cheyenne, Wyoming, earning her Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in 2003.

Family is at the heart of Dallas’s life. She is the proud mother of four amazing children and adores spending time with her two wonderful grandkids. When she’s not with her family, you’ll likely find her exploring the great outdoors. The mountains are her happy place, where she enjoys hiking and soaking in the beauty of nature.

Dallas’s dedication to her patients and her love for her profession shine through in her work every day. She is proud to be part of a team that shares her commitment to excellent care and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

Brittany Schlenz

Brittany was born and raised in Sterling, Colorado. She completed her dental hygiene degree at Laramie County Community College in 2012. In 2013, she married Adam and later settled on a farm in Fleming, where she and her husband are raising their three children—Anthony, Reagan, and Lyla.
In her free time, Brittany enjoys supporting her children in their many activities and tending to her chickens.

Brittany finds great fulfillment in her role as a dental hygienist. She values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair, and loves seeing their progress at each visit. She is proud to serve patients in the community where she grew up.
